2026 Indigenous Health Research Training and Travel Fund
The WLN is announcing a call for applications for the 2026 WLN Indigenous Health Research Training and Travel Award.
The WLN Training and Travel awards are now offered on a rolling deadline.
The Call for applications will be closed December 31, 2026, or until funds are gone.
NEW: Travel Award applications must score at 80% or above to be deemed fundable.
We have changed our application process to make it more secure for applicants. Before the funding call deadline, all applicants must indicate their intent to apply by emailing wln@dal.ca. Please state the following:
Which WLN funding call you are applying to;
Your name; and
Your institution.
Once we have the above information, we will create a OneDrive folder for your project, and send you a link. When your application package is complete, you may submit to this folder. The Folder will only be accessible by the WLN Manager to receive application materials. Once applications have been reviewed for completeness by WLN staff, they will undergo the usual WLN Collaborative Review process.
Please note: Reviewers must complete a conflict of interest process. For more information please see the WLN Conflict of Interest Form.
